we are committed to providing a superior service, at an affordable cost to our patients. We recognize that sometimes it seems increasingly difficult to keep up with the recommended treatment schedule that we have laid out for you. That is why we have decided to provide our uninsured patients the following discount plan. The plan will allow you and your entire family to receive preventative services for one low annual fee, and discounts on most of our most common services.
Adults- $250.00 Child- $200.00 (up to the age of 18)
Includes:
2 Recall Exams,
2 Emergency exams,
2 cleanings (Adult or Child),
All necessary X-rays in a calendar year (Bitewings and Periapicals). Fluoride (under the age of 18),
All services not included are discounted 20-30% Off of Usual Customary and Reasonable for our office.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
